You start your day with what you're grateful and excited for, which has a hugely positive impact on dopamine.
You list priorities for the day instead of making a fixed schedule. Priorities over scheduling allows you to complete tasks at your pace, without feeling guilty for missing some 2:00 pm deadline you set for yourself.

Couldn't find an app that included all of the diff sections this has and since there's no dates I don't feel like I'm wasting paper when I don't use it sometimes.
