Sometimes with ADHD, you sit down to do some work and fall into the "sit-pit." Having an exercise ball can stop that. It keeps your core engaged, and you can roll and bounce, while you work. It basically is a giant fidget toy that you use with your body, while your hands are free to do work. It keeps your engaged the whole time so that you never enter that state of executive dysfunction. I no longer have a chair in my office, I only have an exercise ball, and it helps me a ton. This is a solid quality ball which wont burst, and you won't slip off of. Give it a try and see if it helps you as much as it has helped me.
